FERTILITY PRESERVATION services include a detailed "CRYO REPORT" (a non-diagnostic sperm specimen evaluation), sperm cryopreservation, and first year of storage. Prices listed for services, including specimen storage beyond first year, are Base Prices*. Final prices may vary depending the particulars of each case. Please call for exact pricing.

NOTE: Infectious disease testing is not included as part of any service. Cost of testing may be covered in full or in part by Client's health care provider / insurer. Reprovantage can provide referrals for testing, if needed.

Courier Service to IVF Centers
Reprovantage can deliver cryopreserved sperm specimens prepared and stored for its Clients to fertility treatment centers throughout Northern California. Specimens are transported in temperature-monitored LN vapor shipping dewars. Base Price*

Peri-Surgical Tissue Assessment
Reprovantage andrologists can interface with surgical teams to evaluate epididymal and testicular tissue samples and provide feed-back to physicians on sperm quality during surgical procedures. Reprovantage can deploy a portable clean-air workstation enabling tissue assessments and processing in or near to procedure rooms.
